i love white egg omelet. with some bits of bacon and cheese. and put it in a "pandesal" here in th Philippines...... yummy with coffee for breakfast.

I love scrambled eggs. I make what I call "Egg Monster Sandwiches." I make two scrambled eggs and put them in a toasted english muffin then I put a slice of cheese and/or bacon on top of the eggs.
