Do you actually see a major difference in HD tv? does it look any better then "normal" tv?

I can tell the difference, but it's not really anything to shout about.
Altho American TV should be better, as you work on 60Hz and in the Uk we have 50Hz, so you get an extra 10 refreshes per second.

yea, its a whole lot clearer and kindof crisper than the normal tv. well worth the etxtra money that you spend for it. trust me

Depends.
If you are looking on the outlook, HD television these days are usually flat screens.
If you are talking about the picture, HD television obviously has better picture because it doesn't have pixels disturbing the picture unlike "normal" television.
Besides, HD television means High Definition telivision.

I can see a difference on HD television. I am amazed by the quality of the picture when viewing an HD broadcast. I like watching the individual blades of grass or leaves on a tree, but I don't like feeling like I need to squeeze a particularly large pimple on someone's face.
