i cant really give you a list, but the necessary things would be: Get away from the shore, Dig a hole with a hole taller in the center, lay down a waterproof material over it, fill the outer hole with water and lay a transparent waterproof fabric over it. the sun will fill the center hole with water. you need a knife or sharpen a piece of wood to go fishing. and then get to shelter.
