I use to smoking for 10 years then I quit it in one day for more than 6 years but unfortunately now I get back to it, before when I was smocking I reach to smoke 3 boxes of cigarette and that what made me quit, because I told myself that I am smoking 3 boxes and after it how much I will smock so I quit. Do you ever quit and get back to smocking? and why?

I was a chain smoker for twenty years. Then I started suffering from sore throat problem, very severe, very painful. I knew it was coming from smoking. So, one day, I decided to stop smoking. I did it in one day, totally stopped. Success ! It is gone for ever ! It all requires detemination to be successful !

As a matter of fact I quit (or tried to) last November, and was doing pretty well at it. But I gained so much weight that I went back to smoking until I can get the extra weight off. I have smoked for over 40 years now and it is probably too late for me to truly stop. But if you can do it for 6 years, you can do it again. I highly reccommend it to preserve your health. Good luck.

You aren't the only one to pick back up a nasty habit. My husband had a heartattack four years ago. The doctor said it was due to his smoking (one of his arteries was completely blocked) They told him to QUIT smoking and he did. For about a month. He's smoked ever since. It's a powerful addiction, some people just can't stay away from it.
