Yes the best way to see life closely is to be silent and recall all the sad events and the failures we have met in our life. Life is a journey and we come across many stations. Our first station is our childhood, then comes our teenage, then comes the third station when we become adult and then old which is the fourth and last station after our journey is to end. But when sit alone and observe life closely, we come to analyse our failures and buck ourselves to perform even more better and when we remember the sad events, we feel gloomy but life has to go on.... To make our selves more strong and face our lives with a positive attitude is to remain silent and think about sad events and failures in our life.

Yes, I do this sometimes and think most of us do. I think it is important to stop and reflect on one's failures so far and make sure they're not repeated. Important thing is to pick oneself up afterwards, dust oneself down and move on, right on up!:)

Usually at night if I can't sleep I start thinking about things I would like to change about my life, and usually I think what if I did this or what If I did that. I hate it because I then get upset and have a harder time time falling asleep. I have done many things in my life that I wish I could go back and change. I can tell you the exact moment that I would go back to and change.
