Is there a difference between an online college degree vs. actual college?

I've seen many online colleges which have had nothing but the best to say. The key is would it affect getting a job?

Well,there is or I should say was.Now a days as per my knowledge online degrees are also earning reputation along sie traditional degrees.What employers look for in the candidates is skill and if you have that the job is done.

I think a business will take you more serious if you have a degree from a university or college that is not online. Therefore it would be harder to get a good job with an online degree. Lets face it. You can easily cheat your way through online college and I think that is one of the reasons why.
