If you had the chance to take a few minutes of your time and write some encouraging words for children that could be reached through the sick kids foundation would you? if it was offered as a forum post and then all entries would be printed and sent to the foundation for the children to read?

I would certainly try to write something worthwile for this cause. I believe most everyone would in this case. Who wouldn't want to do something nice for kids, especially ones that are sick.
Are you participatiing in something like this on a forum somewhere?

i had tried it once, i had gotten in touch with a representative from the sick kids foundation and worked out the details, i set it up, but found that most people i informed didn't seem to want to take the time to participate, i want to continue it though i think it would be something that would lift their spirits a bit to know that so many people from all over the world are thinking about them and praying for them

I think it would be a splendid idea to write to sick kids and let them know there are others who are thinking of them. Cheers!!

when i first opened up a forum to leave the comments most people didn't seem to want to, but i wanted to try again if i can see that more people would be willing to take 5 minutes or so of their time to participate
