I responded to a fun discussion and now it's gone

Refresh my memory. Aren't jokes one of the things that are not allowed? I am trying to figure out how you would be able to fit 18 months worth of air in a jar. LOL Is the jar glass or plastic? Is the jar recycleable or not? Is the air from Scotland magical? If the air is magical, maybe that is why it magically disappeared. hahahaha

I'm not sure. I didn't see the discussion to know much about it. I am not sure why Mylot deletes alot of the discussions here. I guess they just use their own judgement or discretion.

Is it really gone? That is just plain stoopid - it was a fun and topical discussion! Some times I am just gobsmacked by the discussions that are deleted and those that are not! xxx

I didnt see it but its really funny. A jar of air from Scotland. And what if when it reached us the air was not from scotland...heeheee...now how would we differnciate that. I mean how can somebody differnciate between air from scotland or india or the US. Some people are really stupid to think that other people are like them...heeeheeeheeee

MyLot takes a dim view on both jokes and sales pitches. It was undoubtedly deleted.

That's the way the ball bounces sometimes. I don't understand why MyLot deletes the stuff i deletes. Too bad, because I would have liked to have read the original.

I think you answered your own question. You said the discussion was a joke and that is a no no. MyLot donts - Post jokes, recipes, etc. as discussions. This is a form of abuse and all recipes and jokes will be deleted if they are started as a discussion.

I think the reasoning behind deleting jokes is that they are non-original material.

hi rayden I think the mylot admins dont have a bit of humor, as they dont like jokes in discussions and delete them. I think thats sort of stupid myself as I like to read a bit of humor myself. Also they dont like discussions selling things either. Thats too bad, I missed that one and it sounds like it would have been fun too.
