One song that keeps popping into my mind is "Do Wah Ditty" by Manfred Mann. It's an old song from the 60's. I liked it a lot back then, so maybe that's why I can never forget it! ("There she goes just a walkin' down the street singing Do Wah Ditty Ditty Dum Ditty Do") Ahhhhhggh!!!

You're quite welcome! I had to look it up years ago to find out who wrote it so I could get it. I thought that if I played it enough, my brain would get so sick of hearing it, it would block it out! It didn't work, by the way. LOL

my boyfriend and i had this huge fight and on the verge of breaking up. while we were walking in silence the song "all i need" keeps playing on and on in my mind. i just watched a filipino movie titled "my best friend's girl friend (BFGF)" and this was one of its soundtrack. You call it LSS or last song syndrome. It goes like this:
all i need
is just a little more time
to be sure of what i feel
is it all in my mind
coz it seems so hard to believe
that you're all that i need
anyways we made up already and we're sweeter than ever. ^.^ i kinda have a hard time downloading this song it doesn't have much sources.

All day I had Fort Minor's 'Where'd You Go' stuck in my head. It's ana awesome song, I really like the lyrics. It only annoys me when an irritating song is stuck in my head, lol. I try not to listen to the same songs over and over in one day so I don't lose an interest in them.

Yes, I have a couple of lines from a song stuck in my head right now. It's from this Broadway play called 1776, and it's this brief romantic interlude between two of the characters. The wife is singing, "All for you, John! I am, as I ever was and ever shall be... Yours!" It's a very sweet moment, because she just did something for him to help with a major problem that he was dealing with for most of the story.

Right now, I am listening to James Greenspun’s Your Disguise. His song is part of the Original Soundtrack of the movie Penelope lead by Christina Ricci, James McAvoy and supported (and produced) by Reese Witherspoon.:)

Yes I get songs stuck in my head all of the time. The kids are always trying to get stupid ones stuck in there by walking around singing them when I'm on the computer. It works 90% of the time and really gets on my nerves. Right now I have Peggy Lee's "Fever" stuck. At least it's a good one today.

I nearly always have a song stuck in my head, I think it is because I have a memory for lyrics. Right now the song that is stuck is "you are so vain" I also frequently get American Pie, and church hymns going through my head and I just can't get them to go away!

I absolutely love "your so vain".
When carly simon wrote "you probably think this song is about you" she knew what she was doing :) she shuted up the potencial following accusations from men who could think it's about them ;)
thank you for your lovely response !

Good thing you asked this one. I always experience that. Sometimes the song just pop out in my head and for a moment I am not aware that I am actually murmuring, if not singing it. The latest that really hit me is the song "Crank That" by Soulja Boy (I'm sorry if it is a wrong spelling of the singer's name). I do not really like the song because in my personal opinion it is a nonsense song, melody-wise and based on the lyrics. But my friends often scolded me when they hear me murmuring or singing the first stanza of the song lyrics. I do not know why I keep doing that. The truth is I hate the song! Oh, well!

oh yea of course...I think everyone does, and the one stuck in my head right now is so annoying, because it doesn't have real lyrics it really just tells you the dance moves that you should do to the music...yea the chachaslide, by dj casper. I think everyone has heard it before its huge for "parties" and I've even heard about schools doing this dance in P.E. Anyway you know what I mean by annoying if you have heard it.
