Hi there guys! I am new in this site. I guess I have started just this early of July. I found this sites through friendster ads in olx. I really found this stuff worthy to spend my time with since I really have many things to dicussed. I am really interested and happy being part of this community. I am a disc jockey in one of the local radio station here in Davao City(Philippines)for almost 6 years. I've started my career in the radio when I was still in college, since I am enrolled in in Mass Communication course. I handle program wherein I've been reading letters from our listeners asking for advice about thier life and love problem. Iv'e been into live drama also performing in different places here in Davao City. Through this job, it also opens me to hosting careers, such as hosting parties, birthdays, debuts and weddings and even when local artist performs concerts in town. When I graduated from my course, I worked also in the newspaper being a columnist handling emotional and behavioral side of people. I lasted for 6 months and resigned from the work. And now recently,I am a part time disc jockey at the same time working in the Governement call center here in Davao, the Central 911 Emergency...That's why everyday I encountered different situations and problems especially during my onboard in the radio and also peoples problem in the community as I takes my job as a call center agent...Hope this would be better introductions..hehehe...Have a nice day everybody!

You certainly must have an interesting life! I don't think I could work in a 911 call center--I used to answer phones for doctors and that was bad enough, people call for the stupidest reasons and eventually you wonder if anyone actually has a brain. And the children suffer for it, unfortunately. But I bet you hear some funny stuff, too. I would never be able to do your radio/hosting job, I would be terrified.
Thank you for that introduction! I had picked up hints of it in previous discussions. Does your radio station play music or is it talk radio?

Wow! That's one impressive introduction, SweetBarbie22! I, too, is a Mass Communication graduate, but I pursued writing instead. I am sure as a DJ, you have lots of fans. How I wish I could hear your program, but I am from Manila. Anyway, good luck in your everyday endeavors. Take care!

What credentials! More than matched the beautiful picture you have in your avatar. I can see you're a very busy and productive person. How I wish I could write too, that's why I just put my frustrations in blogging.
Roy here from Pampanga, just registered yesterday actually. ;)

Hi my friend,
Wow, I didn't know I had such an ambitious gal as a friend. lol Your resume is fantastic. I imagine it would be quite exciting to work in the 911 emergency center, and probably frantic at times. I bet you have tons of stories to tell from your experiences. I'm sure you can use your training and expertise to help us here at MyLot. Keep it up girl!
Have a good evening,
Char
