Tips for How to decrease your dipression?

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

You're done the first and best step of all the aways to decrease depression. The second step it to go see a specialist so that he/she can review you and put you on medications that will help you. Then, you should go to therapy at least twice a month, just to let out stress and vent.
I give you this advice because I was given this advice after my father passed away and I went into a depressed state. I must admit that I feel so mc better right now and I'm still seeing my doctor and therapist at least twice a month. All my problems havnen't been saved, but life doesn't see so hard to take on now. I'm not giving in or giving the white flag of surrender just yet. I might not surrender at all.

it is good thing i guess. we should also try to concentrate on the positive sides of life. those can help a lot more.
