Actually I get really bad headachaes if I dont get my caffeine in the morning. I just have to have my coffee. I love the taste. If I am out, which is rare I will have a cup of good strong tea. I do like tea also.

It is most likely the caffeine. It takes more water to process than a caffeinated drink offers. This means it actually dehydrates you. Being dehydrated can cause headaches, among other things. I rarely suffer from headaches but when I do I normally drink some water and in 10 - 15 minutes am fine.
Tea normally has around 50 mg of caffeine. Coffee starts at 85 mg and can have much more. Soda usually has 25 - 35 mg but can have up to 50 - 60 too. This means that coffee is more likely to cause caffeinated related headaches than most other caffeinated drinks, except for energy drinks which normally have about 150 mg of caffeine.

Sadly coffee does that for me too. I haven't drunk coffee for a very long time because of that. I know when I got so drunk and was puking all over the sea shore 4 years ago, my friends gave me a cup of coffee to drink. That must have been to get rid of the headache and the hangover.

maybe it's because you're not used to drinking coffee that your system considered caffeine a foreign thing into your body.
