Love marriage vs arrange marriage .

yup, i've also heard about arranged marriages lasting longer. they say that the reason for this is the basis of the relationship is not the romantic feelings (that a couple has for each other which is the basis of love marriages) but the commitment and the conscious decision to love each other with or without the feelings (or regardless of the emotions). we all know that romance is only blissful in the early stage of a relationship and it would fade sooner or later. and that's the time when marriages or relationships often fail. but those who stick it out and remain to be together are those who, despite the feelings gone, faithfully fulfilled their vows to love each other for better or worse.

Hey there, I think arranged marriage is a choice you can take if you think that it is too troublesome finding someone you love to get married to. It is okay to have arranged married in some society and I personally think if your parents arrange a marriage for you, you should only reject it if you have someone you love that you want to get married to. However, a marriage without parents' blessings are always bound to face problems. :D
