Do you have any tips for my 21st birthday?

I want to look nice and different then how i usually look. Does anyone have any eyeliner tips to make myself pretty haha. I was thinking BRIGHT PINK underneath my eye and BRIGHT PURPLE on the top with lots of black mascara. Does anyone have any other ideas, i always have the same look.

You are young and you are are pretty. Being young is an assets and natural is best. Be proud of your assets. You will look pretty no matter what you put on. So hold your head high and enjoy your youth.
