I think doubts may come about in love due to communication problems, not being open about one's feelings. If you get a thought or feeling about an aspect of your relationship that is bothering you, you need to be able to talk about it openly, which you may find wasn't such a big thing after all.

I think doubts comes due to :
1. Insecurity : If your partner feels insecure.
2. Lack of time : If your partner won't give you much time.
3. Fight : If your partner fights with you daily.
Currently I think these are the major points for doubts in love.

sometimes doubts can be genuine.but most often they are imaginary and unfounded.generally they come in our way when we are excessively possessive about our beloved/lover /spouse.so don't doubt .live free of doubt life and enjoy it and let your do so.be happy .
