A woman sue her husband adultery but not the woman seduced her husband

She is hopeless, the wife said. Because that woman seduced many guys in the company in order to get promotion, so she is hopeless. She intended to keep her husband, so she insists to sue him. The court sentenced the husband to 6 months in jail for the crime of adultery, but he can pay the fine to avoid it. Sounds very dangerous to sleep with someone who is married, isn't it?

Well the old saying is it takes two to tango, I think both are equaly responsible, it is a bit silly to blame just one of them...

The wife just delivered a baby and haven't recovered yet. She felts her husband was acting strangely, and then found out the affair.

But if the woman wants to stay with her husband what will she gain from suing him? Apart from souring an already bad relationship?

I guess the woman doesn't want to divorce him but like to punish him so that he won't do it again.
