I want to be brave, but i don't have the courage to have eye contacts with audience.
Whether is in performing or presentation.
What is the best and effective way to allow myself to talk to strangers like close friends?

I heard before this method to overcome stage fright even though it sounds childish.
One young girl had the same situation as you.So her grandma tell her a way that is to perform infront of all her favourite teddy bears and dolls.then, she really overcome her stage fright.

I have the EXACT same fear, so believe me when I tell you that you're not alone. I took a class in college that required me to get up and give a presentation. I agonized over it for weeks before I had to do it. Then someone recommended that I practice in front of a video camera. Believe it or not, I felt really nervous doing that too. Afterwards I watched the video to see how I looked. I was able to see what I did wrong, and what I (surprisingly) did correct. Then I redid the tape several times. When it came time to go in front of the class, I felt more prepared. I think that maybe you could use this same approach in social life too. Good Luck.

Hi, Welcome. Maybe you could practise in front of your friends first. I would probably be nervous. I sang infront of people but I was with 3 others so it wasn't too bad.

one of the best ways to become brave is by believing in your self. you probably have a low self esteem to start with and until you work on that things wwont be easy for you. is it posible? yes, just see yourself presenting in a crowd of people and enjoy being there, also do a lot of research in that area and you will be fine. when in fmily meetings make contributions and always say something when in a small group it will help alot
