Propose a girl through sms

Tell her face to face. Don't ever ask that in a SMS. Thats not cool. The girl might think you are playing then get very VERY upset if you are really serious. If the guy is that scared he should practice it over and over again, to bring down his nerves. I know my cousin did before he propose to his wife! SMS is a big thing now of days, but there are things when thing should stay traditional and that being a big one.

the best way to tell a girl how you feel is when she is in your front while you look her in her eyes. if you tell your feelings to her through text message, she will only think that you are not serious on her. love letters and cards are almost not use on this days but using cellphone to propose is so informal. she will only think that you are a coward that you can't talk to her face to face...

i think you should tell her directly...girls like those person who share feelings direct..

depends on the girl and the circumstances. i can see a lot of girls wouldn't like it. but there are some that would get a kick out of it. you should then of course confirm it in person. some girls that text a lot would get excited over it.

Never ever ever ever tell a girl something like that for the first time on sms, it makes it look like you aren't genuine, or that you don't really care. You MUST do it in person the first. Trust me, I know these things :p Just maybe take her on a nice date and then if things are going well tell her that you love her. Good luck!
