Do you sleep better in a cool or warm room during the winter?

I know some ppl prefer to have it be toasty for them to sleep good during the winter. But for me I like to have it cooler. I can always pile on the blankets if I truly get cold, but I really sleep better when it is in a cool room and I don't get sick that often.
How about you?

I sleep better in a cooler room. I feel more comfortable and I fall asleep better when my pillow and blanket are somewhat cool. Not freezing but cool. :-) I agree with you completely there. A warm room makes me not sleep too well.

i too like it cooler room. i sleep better and i can always get warm under covers with hubby and dog. i usually sleep with a fan going 365 days a year. have to have air and a cool room. we lived in florida and used the air until december and then back on in march. and again a fan.

i prefer cool room 365 night.
even there is winter,summer or monsoon.
i like cool room,
without coolness i cant sleep.

My late sister had fibromyalgia too. She was the same way, always had to be warm ~ when she got cold, the pain would worsen.

I prefer my room to be nice and cold even in winter, i dont mind taking 3-4 blankets overs me, but i love it nice and cool and cold, i dont like it warm and sweaty......

I still need to sleep with the windows open even if it's in the cold winter, with the heater on at the same time.. i cannot stand the stuffiness of having everything closed up =)

I prefer it cool to sleep also, but not freezing cold. It's funny you ask this question, because my husband and I were just talking about how we never turn on the heater in the winter even if it's in the 30 degrees F outside. Our home stays pretty warm. Even on the really cold days, the lowest our home's temperature ever got was maybe about 63 degrees F. We just layer clothing if we're cold and I find myself baking more. I tease my dad that if I had a choice of where to live I would probably consider living in Alaska.

I prefer a slightly cool room.
I'm rarely comfortable when it gets warm. I usually like to feel just a little cool. Also, I notice that when I go to sleep with extra blankets or covers, I'll often wake up feeling hot. I seem to get warmer as I go to sleep -- that's why I like to be in a slightly cool room.

During Winter, i sleep better in a warm room. My fiance likes to have the fan on (for the sound) and it drives me nuts cz its already cold!!!
