What legal problems have you had associated with MJ?

hold on... let me set my twist in the ashtray... ok, there, now I'm ready... (grin)
Well, this really is a serious subject to me, and I don't think there is really much anyone can do... and that is the Legalization of Marijuana. No one should be in jail, or on probation or whatever for smoking a joint, or procuring one for that matter. It's really starting to bother me, even after all of these years (I'm 51 yo, today actually, yes really).
I don't want to write a diatribe so I'll introduce the following, in no particular order. I just mentioned my ashtray, so writing in a logical stream may be difficult.. another grin.
It's an herb.
Ok, I said it. That pretty much sums it up. Really. But I will go on to mention that...
It should be sold like alcohol and cigarettes (and over 18). Tax it.
Driving while intoxicated should be treated as such.
The many comparisons between MJ and alcohol, well, I'll leave that to you if you choose to reply...
There are so many good people sitting in jail or prison right now over a plant, some for years. What a waste of humanity.
What business is it of anyone's anyway?
Why are we drug testing everyone?
Why am I a criminal?
Forget "medical" MJ. I don't want to have a Rx to buy. Again, sell like alcohol and cigarettes.
Well that's all for now... hope to hear from you, this is my first discussion... LuckyRose
