How much weight do you think a person can loose in 5 days??

I want to do an experiment of how much weight I can loose in 5 days. Has anyone been on a 5 day diet and needed to loose weight for a particular reason. I think a person can looses 2 pounds a day at a very strict plan. Even though it will be alot of water weight, it will still be noticeable. I know its not good too loose weight fast but don't you feel like once you see progress you don't want to give up. When you don't see any results its like ahhh forget it. It takes me a while to put my mind to finally say "OK I am going to do this, I have to do this" Ofcourse hunger plays tricks with the mind but I think if you put your mind to it, you can win. For us women, our hormones also play a big role in loosing weight, the sweet tooth and cravings are miserable. So how much weight do you think you can loose in 5 days or have lost??? Anyone care to take up the challenge?? I know someone who has lost 16lb in one week, YES ONE week. She was drinking buttermilk for the week whenever she would get hungry. Hey she had to fit in that dress and she did!

How's your diet going? I sees its been 3 days. I was on a diet, You stayed on it for 3 days a week and of for 4 days a week. You are supposed to only eat what is on the list, and loose 7 to 10 lb. a week. I usually cheated. I still lost 5 lb ever week. But I never lost more than that .I was already on a diet before I started that. Just Trying to watch my calories. I lost a total of 50 lb. in one and a half years. I stayed on that diet about 1 1/2 mouths. It has been 6 mouth and i have kept all the weight off.. You eat a lot of vegetables. Buttermilk doesn't sound healthy.

So what did you eat in those 3 days? My diet is going good,its hard but staying strong.4 pounds down...

You might be able to. But I don't think it's healthy. Common wisdom is to lose 2 pounds in a week. Rapid loss can be risky to a persons health. Not worth fitting into a dress at that point. Please be careful.
