Bad Day!

What do you guys do when your having a terrible day? Im really sick of myself right now!

Scream as loud as you can into a pillow. It helps sometimes!

I've screamed into a pillow before. I really have! I have also cried into a pillow when I didn't want my children to hear me when I was really upset about the loss of a family member. I did not want to frighten them or for them to know how bad I felt. It really does help to make you feel better. It is healthier than holding it in!

I usually just take a nap because I wake up refreshed. Besides, I usually have a good dream when I take a nap which lifts my mood. Other methods I do is find a distraction. Watch tv, listen to music, use the comp, etc. If you have money or a car, go outside. You can even take a walk by yourself to get some fresh air. If I may ask, what's wrong? What made you sick of yourself? Can I help? Sorry I'm asking a lot of questions but I'm curious because you didn't mention it before.

I usually go to sleep and stay in bed until I feel better. I hate bad days. So I would just rather stay away from everybody and everything until I feel better. Sleeping really seems to help. Maybe you should try it and see how you feel.

When you have a bad day I recommend never to vent your problems and just give yourself time to get over it. If you want you can go on the computer and watch some tv. Or just play videogames and chill

I usually chill out by listening to music or gaming. Sometimes I might even clean a little. That tends to make me feel better and I get stuff accomplished.
