New kind of PTC site

I was thinking to make a new kind of PTC site, this site should be a mix of a browser game and a PTC site.. You would get 100% per click of what the advertisers pay per click.. The purpose of the game is to make your city grow, so that you can overcome your enemies (the other members), as they and you have the opertunity to steal each others earning.. This should happen in the medival age, where only swords, bows and horses are avaliable.. There would also be prizes for whom has the biggest growth each week.. There would be a new kind of referal earning, where you can be the referal of whom you want for any time you want, the way to get referals from is to forge and alliance, and where the leader would earn a little, from the alliance.. The earnings from this site, would come when the members, will build their buildings and train their soldiers, the cost from this would come directly from their earnings. Does this idea sound crazy? If not do you have any surgestions or comments on how to improve it? What kind of payment processor would you propose to such a "game"?
