When you cook, do you sacrifice taste for good health?

I know there are many things that make food taste good. Unfortunately, many of these are not very good for our health. Many people also leave food on the fire for too long, making essential nutrients evaporate. As a cook myself, there are times when I prefer to make the food taste good instead of giving consideration to the fact that, for example, salt may not be a very healthy ingredient. Whenever I sacrifice health on the alter of taste, I calm my conscience by saying, 'O, well, it's just doing so today won't hurt.'
Tell me, when you cook are you concerned primarily with the taste or with health?

Hi Elaan. My food must be tasty or I can not eat it. I like all kinds of seasoning and I use them and never felt any problem with my health. I am very healthy. I usually make healthy foods with vegetables, fish, etc. But I do those foods with seasoning. Can you imagine a food without salt? UUGGHHH! Sorry, not for me. I use salt, pepper (many types of), and all the things that make the food tasty. And I don't have any problem. I have seen people that don't eat salt and seasoning and have many problems with health because they don't eat all they need. If you have good sense to don't make exaggerations you can eat all the foods because we need all that nature have to give us.
Have a nice day.
