why are so many postal employees going postal?

i read something on this the other day and it is a sad situation. make this place a better world for all so that these instances don't happen. there may be mental issues involved or family issues or work stress whatever the case there is no need for violence in the workplace.there are many responses to this you may include yours.

I sometimes wonder if it's a copycat deal. A person sees another person has done it and decides it's the way to go. It's a sad commentary on society. Stress may be part of it, but there has to be something more. Lots of jobs are stressful and don't have these types of things happening.
