Have you ever gone shopping and forgot to buy what you went for

LOL, yes it happened to me today! . I was shopping for some new pants and I ended up buying stuff for my whole family and two tops for myself but still no pants! . I decided not to go back shopping again as I had been out all day long and I will have some free time tomorrow and sow one or two with the fabric I have lying around. I'll be sure to get the right size and a model I like and it's fun and cheaper too!

Yes I have done just that 3 days ago. I went with a friend of mine and her 8 yr. old son for a walk down to our local Shaw's supermarket and went specifically for cat food, cat litter, and creamer. I get the cat stuff we walk up to the registers and I'm standing inline waiting to be rung up and it hit me "I forgot the creamer have to step out of line and go get it" so we did just that. What a pain but at least I was already at the store when this happend to me. Though I have been in your shoes as well where I had to go to te store for certain stuff and when I got home 1 if not 2 of the things I needed most I had forgotten grrrr.... I hate when that happens. Once I get home I won't go back out just because I forgot something not unless it's a must gotta have right then and there moment.

It always happen. I get distracted very easily. I usually go shopping with an aim. However, whenever I reached the shopping mall, I will be so distracted by the window display that I forget my true intention of shopping. I also usually end up buying things which I do not intend to buy at all.

yes this happned with me many time that why i got a habit of writing the list before i going for shopping. The list is not prepared at last moment. its like as soon as i come to know that this item is required in the kitchen or whereever. i write down that time it self, so that i cant forget it. the most shocking thing is that i forget the list at home. then i have to call at home and get the duplicate list prepared on phone. And if noone is present at home then i bring those item which i remember.

I went to the store yesterday only for diapers and I forgot them. I was so mad once I remembered- a few hours later as I was watching television. Thank goodness I had a couple to get me through the night. I went back today and was sure to remember them this time!

Oh this happens to me all the time, I write myself a list but always forget to take it with me then when I get home I see I haven't got most of the things on the list but lots more of the the things I didn't know I needed....

I'm a good one for coming back home with more items that I didn't really need and forgetting to buy what I went there for in the first place . But no more I just don't go to the supermarket until I really have to that way I need everything I buy lol.

Sometime i do,that's why i'll always prepare a list that list down alll the thing i wanted to buy.Even though its still happened sometimes when i forgot to bring out my purchase list

i have forgotten the main thing i went to buy and it is exasperating. and it must run in my family. my mom sent my dad out to get a loaf of bread. he was gone for over an hour and went shopping an hour away only to come home with stuff but didn't get the loaf of bread mom sent him out for.

Never happened to me. I always make a list of what to buy whenever I make a trip to the supermarket. :)
