I feel ICC international schedule is okay. The players have to be fit all time to play these matches. See, how Australians are doing? Brett Lee is fit all the time, because they are professionals and thats the way to be..
I believe, these cricket leagues, like Indian Premier League, are testing the players. The players have to play continously against other grerat players. They have to be on their feet, play at their best all the time, thats very much demanding.. MS Dhoni is also victim of IPL because he played all the matches till the final being the captain of Chennai Superstars..
The steps shoudl be taken by the individual cricketing boards and team selectors. They have to switch on the players now. You can't now play the same eleven in every match. there must be a pool of players equally matched and they should be played alternately.. Suppose if Sreesanth has played the match, in next match give a chance to Rp Singh. Next match give a match to Zaheer Khan in place of Irfan Khan, likewise changes have to eb done...

well, one thing ICC must do is do nto allow the international matches to be played in sub-continent during extreme summer say june and july.
The ASIA CUP was poorly held, as far as time is concerned. Nobody has ever played cricket in Pakistan in june. Its extrememely hot here.. It shoudl be taken notice of.

yes to avoid drop outs i think rotation policy has to be carried out....and also players need to be fit at all seasons and if at all something bad happens then another similar player form the bunch can be replaced...
