Do you have your notifications through mail turned on?

Hello people, I have so many doubts regarding this notification option hope you would clear.. There are list of email notification options in our preferences..
At first i turned on everything, then my mail box used to get full all the time when i checked it.. Then i decided to turn off everything and now i cant see the comments made on my responses.. So What all options you turn on usually? and What are the best options to turn on? You can share your thoughts here....

Hi akrockz. I turned on notifications from my friends discussions and comments. In that way, I can keep track if my responses have been commented to. And I could keep track of my friends if they start a new topic. It is more easier for me to respond. Happy postings. HUGz!

Just choose what notification you want to turn on. I also select notify on to my friends who are also responding to my discussions and off to those who never respond to any of my discussions. It's always fair to have a give and take relationship here so we can choose the friends for keeps. I hope this helps. Happy Posting!:)

I have my notifications through email turned on, but I choose what to be notified with. I don't like tons of notifications but I don't want to miss out important ones too...
