What is the best tube-rub for muscle pain ??

My mum suffers from bad muscle pain like tennis-elbow. What are the best tube-rub/s that I can tell her about ?

My mother in law swears by a product called Blue Emu. I don't use stuff like that a whole lot, but she says that this stuff is really good, so I would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone. Hope it helps!
