Do you believe in ghosts?

Have you ever had an (for lack of a better term) "encounter?" I am endlessly fascinated by the concept of the supernatural. I have friends and relatives who claim to have seen or had some sort of experience with otherworldly spirits. I'm not sure what to believe, though I always lean toward the idea that anything and everything is possible. As far as perhaps one day seeing a ghost, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I am frightened by the prospect that this could happen. I admit, a fear of the unknown. On the other hand, I in some ways desperately want to see a ghost, or have some sort of experience... perhaps to confirm in my mind that they do exist. Either way, I get an adrenaline rush just thinking about it...
