So Sick Of Sleeping Habits

I am so sick of the way I sleep, and Im so sick of my dad for making me feel bad about it. I normally stay up late and wake up late. This last past sunday, I woke up at around 2:30. He had my younger sister come and wake me up, and then I had to go upstairs. He then proceeded to tell me how much of a lazy person I was, and how I don't do anything with my life. And he started yelling at me saying that I was rediculous and that I needed to get my act together. AND, ontop of that, he kept telling me that he wasn't yelling at me, or trying to throw all this at me when I had just woke up. I am very urked by this. He acted like I overslept just to spite him. I just hate that he did this to me, when I would have gladly gotten up if I could've been able to control it. I hate that I oversleep. Its just hard to change my sleeping schedual so fast. And I dont even oversleep this much normally. Usually I only end up sleeping til a little before or after 11. this really urks me...

I'm the same really... Can't sleep 'till fairly late and then don't wake up untill god knows when! But you're right we can't help it as such... Untill I started using an alarm clock... now I get up almost everyday at around 8 - 9AM (unless I got work or anything) I still have lay ins every now and then becayse sometimes it's nice to stay in bed... But after a while when you wake up at 2.30pm.. it kinda feels like you've wasted your day already, don't ya think? I'd either say sort you're body clock out by staying up an entire day and night then going to sleep at a reasonable time etc. etc. or buy an alarm clock and prepare to be tired when you are woken up by your ipod... Thanks for the feedback. I have tried using the alarm clock before. And it does work. Its just, the night that I did oversleep so much, I was up late, and I had worked an 8hr shift the day before. I had to be up at 7 for that shift and the night before that, it stormed and I couldnt get to sleep til almost 4:30am. So My sleep was all outta whack. It figures, the one day that I DIDNT set that alarm was the day I was going to get chewed out...sigh...
