You should understand her.Some girl are so sensitive and sometimes they want attention (LOL).We like to be hug cuddle and show her how you really love her.Let her feel what you feel about her.Its better to show her that to tell her...If you decide to propose to her i suggest you must know her mood first,sometimes we are so moody.Give her the feelings that she is the only one for you and that you will make her happy that your deserving. for me ,let me tell you my story when i propose my gal it goes like this we were all friends sitting in all toghter and we were playing dare and truth then i was being dare and i propose that gal as a dare so she smiled a bit ,it was perhaps the safest way to propose or do one thing gift her something if she is your friend having sumthing which hint you like her or you have feeling for her
