When i graduated from school, i took effort to find this job.
Now, i want to resing it for some personal reason.
However,it's difficult too.
Our manager seems never want me to leave.
I can't endure to stay here for any longer, that's terrible.
I think I have the right to choose my employer, but it seems not work.

You should be actively looking for another job. Don't leave the one you have until you have a new one. It's ten times easier to get a job if you are employed than if you are out of work.
I hope that the reason your manager doesn't want you to leave is because your work is good and he doesn't want to lose a good employee, however, it is your life and you need to find a job that you are happy in.

If the 'personal reasons' are that you are being harrassed or bullied, that is something that you should not tolerate. If possible, speak to your manager about your concerns - and check out where you stand legally if it is a serious problem. You might also consider asking colleagues to support you by giving written evidence (which you need not use but if the manager knows that you have some support, he will take the matter more seriously). Often, the only thing to do is leave, unfortunately.

Then that is a very bad manager who has no time for her staff! If she is avoiding talking with you about your concerns about your job, then that is effectively harassment, especially if she is avoiding you in the hope that you will not have the courage to find another job. The problem is that she probably knows as well as you do how difficult it is to find one! Difficult is the word, however - not impossible!
You need to be assertive because you do have rights. Perhaps you should first write your manager a note outlining your concerns about your current job and asking her to make time to speak to you. Try not to write in an angry or aggrieved tone but simply state clearly what you think is wrong.
In the mean time, you should certainly be searching the local jobs pages and sending off applications. If you are invited for interview, tell your manager (by written note, if necessary) in good time saying that you need time off to attend a job interview. Assume that you will be given time off. It is everyone's right to find a job that suits them and to improve their career and a good employer should know that.

if you have a good relationship with your manage ,maybe you can ask for change your work subject like something else you feel not so boring or alter to other department for a new working environment.
whatever ,you must leave ,i think leave a letter to your boss will be save much .
the most trouble thing when we resigning a job should be the wage payments ,some boss never do what they promise while you into the office ,even some do skimp and don't let you go ,this is happen very often in china .

i understand your situation ,i think there are lots of people had met your problem just the boss hold wages ,they think you are new and deprive you ,say something like try you out and hold your wage .i curse this thing .
any way ,you should have confidence on yourself now , trying to find a new job also you are fond of it then you will be more happy .
success always with a hard start.

Indeed, sometimes it is hard to say "No". I am completely understanding your situation, for, to some extend, we are in the same boat. I am alway dreaming that one day I can just work for myself doing something that I just like.In my opinion, just work to learn until you find a replacement.
