why shd women get special reservation when they are equal to men

There are do many reservations at kinds of places. I suppose that is to show the repection to women because women had being at a low social position for decades. Now the condition has changed but not completely. For example, when I was looking for a job two years ago and there were many opportunities avaiable only for men.It is not because women don't have the ability to do it, but because the pregnancy ,chindren and family matters would take much time and energy from a woman. The leader would not like to pay a woman who have not much time in her work .Then what happened ?Women would rather have no baby and devote them to their work. So there would not completely equality between women and men.

Being a women myself i don,t want to that there should be any kind of reservation of women in any field. They have so far proved and will also prove in future that they are no less than the men and will do better than them and that too without any reservation.I feel by reserving the seats for women the government is weakening their status rather than strenthning it.
