For those who dream to feel free, well there are many reasons why you not feel that way, work commitments, relationships. But one important one can be improved for yourself. The cancerous feeling of a grudge is one of the worst. You will never feel free carrying a grudge. So true. Same as having hate for someone, you think you are supporting your own values, but in fact you are carrying the burden of hate with you. Things are never as black and white as they seem. xx

I suppose we all have a grudge with something or some person, but over time it doesnt do you feel better, so I agree with your philosophy
