I think I am basically happy. I have a happy marriage and four lovely children, no financial problems and my health is average for my age. There are always worries, however - whether it's something to do with one of the kids, or something breaking and needing replacing - lots of minor annoyances to keep me busy! I'm not happy when it's cold and windy and I can't get outside for a few days. That really brings me down.

I think we cannot avoid of having problems in our life, it will just come anytime we want it or not.. But what is very important is we know how to handle it and we don't lose hope in it.. I am happy to hear that your happy with your life.. Hope you will still continue to be happy..

I am happy with my husband and our relationship.
I am happy with my son and very proud of him.
I am happy to be writing articles and actually getting paid for them so I don't have to go back to a job that makes me hurt terribly.
I don't always feel happy becasue there are other things that aren't perfect right now such as our finances. But, overall I am happy.

I saw a discussion on tv today where a scientist had come up with a method of measuring happiness but it turned out that he simply asked people how happy they were!
It seems that a baseline income to provide necessities came first, folloed by simple things like having family and friends close were deemed most important.
