I think it depends,they don't even know each other's Character ,they haven't live together ever before .They are not unified class of people.Their marriage may face a lot of pressure, Then what about your opinion?

I believe that if Jack had survived he and Rose would have remained together despite their "status" differences. After surviving a ship wreck like that I think everything else would have been easy for them to face in life (like their families being opposed to their union.) If it is true love nothing can stand in your way.
