Do you think there is a need to upgrade yourself?

For example you are working in a electronics Company , will you upgrade yourself while working ?Will you really borrow electronics books to read in order to keep yourself updated at all times ?Will you try to explore new Routes for extra incomes, it might not be just about electornics?
Or will you just focus on your daily work and be statisfied with yourself ?

I procrastinate. I hate waiting until the last minute to do something, but I still do it. I would definitely upgrade myself to get things done on time.
