With financials facing a slumping credit crisis, and the IndyMac situation; do you feel your money is safe? Many customers' of IndyMac stood in line to withdraw their savings; concerned that failure of the bank would tap a hold on their accounts. That type of scenario could happen should a bank file bankruptcy. Bear Stearns with a take over from JP Morgan, backed by the Feds. Do you think that the Feds' should shore up faultering banks with taxpayers money?
I think we have no choice but to help the banks, the mortgage practices should have been monitored and watched now are creating a crisis for our country and we are left to deal with the outcome of a broke economy and higher inflation. As for my money, fo O can get to it before the bank closes, it will be put some where between the matress.

I'm really worried about my financial savings, speculators think that in the next year or so many US banks are going to close down! It's always worrysome to think that your bank could be gone tomorrow and with it all of your money.
