People seem to love eggs! They are simple to make. So do you have a favorite egg dish? Or - if you'd like to be creative - do you use a special kind of egg? Do you only eat chicken eggs... or do you eat other kinds of eggs? This is an open-ended question: What Kinds of Eggs Do You Like to Make?

Do duck eggs taste the same as chicken eggs? You may laugh, but I am actually vaguely familiar with the Dragon-Boat Festival. My children watch a television show called "Ni-hao, Kai-lan" - and one of the episodes was about the Dragon-Boat Festival. Thanks for your reply!

We do something similar (although not exactly the same) with eggs around our Easter festival. We boil the eggs first, and then we decorate them. The children use crayons to make patterns on the shells before they are dipped into a variety of colors...

It has been salted for about 20-30 days , It tastes a little like chicken eggs.and chicken eggs also can be salted.I couldn't describe how to salt the eggs clearly.YOU can salt as many eggs as you like .First you get one egg's exterior covered with red mud ,then dip some salt.the more salt you dip ,the salter it will be.put the eggs in a big jar. and so do other eggs.. The Dragon-Boat Festival is a traditional festival of China. For my English limits ,I couldn't help tell it particularly. It comes from a hero's history.Maybe you can search the imformation on internet. kristin posting!

I only eat chicken eggs, but that isn't really because I am opposed to eating other types. On the other hand, I make scrambled eggs or hash (potatoes, meat, eggs, and cheese in one pan scrambled together with a bit of onion, green and red bell peppers, and fresh garlic-yum). This is because everybody's gets made in one large swoop. If I eat breakfast out I eat over easy eggs!

I don't think that I have ever had any kind of eggs other than chicken. That is predominantly what is available at the grocery stores where I have shopped. Thanks for your reply!

I usually put cheese on my scrambled eggs, too, although yesterday I had scrambled eggs plain on buttered toast. Thanks for your reply!
