i am 20 and i am single i never say I LOVE YOU to any girl.Now i am thiinking about it hope i will say it soon.

I say it whenever I feel like it, I don't need to wait for the right time. I tell it to my sons, husband, and my other family members all the time. You never know when it may be the last time they hear it from you.

I personally think when the time is right you will know and it is at that time when you should say it.
