My kids won't eat what I cook

I know that I am not a terrible cook and I know that what I am cooking is normal everyday kid friendly food. But my kids won't eat. It makes me mad because at the end of a long day I don't feel like cooking but I muster it up and do the job and then they won't eat it. I don't want to yell at them and I can't force it down their throats so what's a Mom to do? I need some good advice.
