playing in the rain on a Tuesday afternoon. It was a nice rain shower and our back driveway tends to collect water quickly. I looked out the kitchen window and said to heck with it and took both my girls out to run around in the puddles. We laughed so hard and had so much fun. I don't think my girls could believe I would let them do such a thing. What is your favorite memory with your child/ren?

WOW! It is so strange that I was just thinking about this today. 2 of my daughters and I took their kids to the park today. One of them was talking about how they were hanging around where we were. I can remember taking my kids to the park and they would get there and always organize the kids into a game of tag or some other game they made up and would play and play and play. They rarely had disagreements over the "game" they were playing and they somehow got the other kids there involved in whatever they were doing, as they came and went. They played on the playground equipment that was there and it became a part of whatever game they had made up that time. Besides that, it was great for me. I could keep an eye on them while I read my book or wrote and sat on the sidelines!!
