runescape max hit for non members?

i think the max hit for non members (31 or 32) should be changed to like 36 because its not as fun when its that low, we want higher hits!!!!!

the max hit for non members is a 31, and can be hit with 99 strength, prayer super strength and wiled a rune 2h. i do beleive having a higher hit for non members would be fun, as it would make it easier for me to kill alot of people at clan wars.
