Scammed on ebay

The good feedback isn't always the sign of a good seller. I was considering buying something from someone with great feedback, but I started looking at their individual feedback and it was all for small purchases from new 'buyers'. I'm assuming that people set up a bunch of accounts and listings to build up positive feedback, so it looks like they're not scammers. I've gotten ripped off a couple of times, recently, but I always pay through PayPal and always get my money back by filing an incident report.

I have to agree with Soniyapriyank... eBay just like Amazon.com is actually one of the reputtable online shops around. They`re known not only for their products but as well as for their services and good customer service. If I were you why not try to file a ticket for eBay, and for sure they`d be able to assist you with your concern. And just one more thing, what transaction did you do? have you paid through paypal? How did you pay for the items? Just be sure you did the right way of paying, if it`s thru paypal then you should expect a response from them. And is it really eBay that you have transacted with? I apologize for asking so many things, just don`t know how it happened... but then again, still the best way for you to do is to check your problem thru eBay itself, or to whom you have purchased and paid the items.

Oh, sorry to hear about that. That is one reason why I don't really like online transactions which involves money.

I dont agree with you, the fault is not of eBay but of the seller, did you paid through Paypal? you can discuss this metter with paypal they protects your buying. Also the quality and the items for which the feedbacks are entered can give you a better picture. I am ebaying since 2 and a half year and made perchases of around $8000 in these years, around 70 purchases, Never got betrayed. Also I am a seller on ebay and when I am getting good money with fair means why should I scam on it.
