I love NAtional Lampoons Christmas vacation as a comedy.
Shawshank Redemption for a serious movie. Love The Guardian, too.

Those are really good movies too. Ones that I haven't seen in awhile either. I might need to watch some old movies this weekend.

I love Sense and Sensibility, the new one written by Emma Thompson, it gave a good idea of the times. And did not modernize it in attitude like some historical movies do. Besides I love reading Jane Austin. She is one of my favorite authors and is the epitome of the romantic writer. I think she set the standard. My favorite scene is when Elinor and Mr. Dashwood want to lure the little girl and get the names of the rivers and their origins wrong on purpose. I hope to buy the DVd later on.

Hi my friend
I think my favorite movie of all time has to be Dirty Dancing. I could watch that movie over and over and over. lol
I think part of the fact that I like the movie so much is that I adore Patrick Swayze. He could come visit me any time! I felt so sad and almost cried when I heard he had pancreatic cancer. I felt so bad for him. I hear he's trying really hard to fight it though.
Have a nice night,
Char

I love that movie too! Actually, my 7 year old daughter likes that movie too. She loves to dance. I'm not a huge Patrick Swayze fan, but he is a very good actor. Take Care!

I love the Love comes softly series based on the book by Jannette Oke. They are great and the kids love them to. They are kinda like little house on the praire with a lesson in each one.

My favorite movie is the titanic. I can watch that movie over and over again and never get tired of seeing it. I feel so sorry for what those people had to go through when their ship sank at sea.

I like historical movies and comedies. I like Jerry Lewis movies very much. "Nutty Professor" is one of my favorites. I have watched it three four times, and just can't stop laughing.
