what makes you happy?

i asked my officemate ronald, whats makes him happy. he answered, food, family, tv,sleeping and free time. i asked a follow up question, not work? he laughed, nah! not work. are we really happy that we are working to earn? isn't it that the money we earn are the roots of all our happiness? how about you? are you happy?

Oh, by the way, work sucks without music. Obviously what I'm doing right now sucks to the bones but I know its just a big obstacle in my path. All else will soon manifest and will bring to order.

Things that make me happy in order are 1. God - for spiritual contentment and inner peace, highlight of my week is every Sunday during worship. It just makes you a brand new person and helps you eliminate all the sins and trash you incurred during the rest of the days. 2. Family - it gives you energy, love, support and motivation. 3. MUSIC - my music is with me all throughout my life, ups and downs, highs and lows. My life is like a soundtrack of songs that are carefully picked for perfect result.

I think everyone is searching for happiness. Right now, I find happiness in my children, family, and friends. Am I happy at work? I wouldn't say that I'm happy, I enjoy the socialization with my co workers and my job isn't really that bad, but it isn't happiness. Happiness to me is being with someone that you love.
