Do ghosts grow old?

When a person dies, i assume his spirit in terms of "physical" looks the same as how he died. I guess that's how he look when still alive. Do ghosts or spirits grow old? Or they will stay the same? Somehow, i maybe misunderstanding this idea,it is bit hard to think of something that may not be affected by time.
