What are your ways of encouraging your children to eat veggies?

Me, at first I was trying to hide the veggies by cutting them into very small pieces and mix it to hamburger pattiues, meatball mixture or make a spring roll and make some sweet and exciting dipping sauce, and when they are old enugh to understand, I gradually told my children what they're been eating veggies for years and from now on, they're enjoying it without hiding it.

I've just always given them veggies so its what they are used to. not eating their veggies was never an option. we had veggies with every meal so they were used to it. there were a few they didn't like as much, so i would just give them a very small portion and they ate it. i figured a little was better than none. now they are good veggie eaters.

when i was home we ate what mother put on the table & never thought about commenting on it. if we didn't want one of the things she had we just said o thank you. my boys ate what i put on the table to. i always tried to have something i knew they liked but we had veggiesmost every meal but breakfast of course & they ate what i fixed. childdren are too spoiled & so many parents don't cook which is not good. i worry about my granson. they eat too much fast food.
