what are ur views. i think mens are more capable than women but behind every man there is a women. There is no doubt women r capable but they need to show it......

I believe women are the catalysts who can channelise the man's energy in the positive direction. Though men would not admit it...so it is better for women to be just behind giving a push...n letting the men think...it was solely their doing. Its a win win situation then!!!Women n men can do just about everything equally...with about as much efficiency and effectiveness
